BI M - Building Information Modeling
Thanks to a planned and structured working method, the design team carries out its activities also using the innovative BIM (Building Information Modeling) information model which allows for an integrated design of the entire work, traceability of all the elements that compose it and monitoring of their life cycle.
The goal is to deliver the works with a BIM model that corresponds exactly to the built, integrating all the information useful for its maintenance.
Building . Analyzing the building -project- in the broadest sense of the term, in all phases of its life cycle: from the conception of the work, to its construction, to its maintenance and renewal activity.
Information . The project information, both graphic and documentary, flows into an IT platform made available to the Client. It is now established that managing a project with the BIM method means having tools available that speed up the design, simplify communication operations between the various project actors and allow for easy control and management of the various design phases.
Modeling . 3D, 4D and 5D modeling is developed, thus controlling the geometries, functions, times and costs. The possibility of 6D and 7D is not excluded, thus controlling the aspects of energy and environmental sustainability, producing the asset management model.
