Structural, forensic, fire and other specialist consultancy

Thanks to a planned and structured working method, the technical team is able to carry out specialist consultancy in various fields:

• structural engineering reduction of seismic risk, material degradation, cracking and deformation patterns.

• forensic engineering technical consultant (CTU) and party (CTP).

• fire engineering design, drafting and presentation of SCIA, fire resistance of structural works and Fire Safety Engineering (FSE) in the design phase, as-built and post-fire.

• due diligence carrying out investigation and in-depth analysis of data and information on existing buildings or sites with technical and economic feasibility analyses.

• project validation technical analysis and verification of projects for validation purposes.

• seismic consultancy to the Municipalities, control of projects filed in Annex H of the DGR 03/30/2016 - n. X/5001 and regional law 33/2015 as well as of the DGR of 02/15/2021 n. XI/4317.
