CIS Static Suitability Certificate in Milan

Thanks to a planned and structured working method, the technical team is able to draw up the Certificate of Static Suitability (CIS) of existing buildings.

Furthermore, the Building Regulations of the Municipality of Milan provide that all buildings constructed or tested at least 50 years ago are subject to the obligation to verify their static suitability in order to obtain the relevant Certificate of Static Suitability (CIS) by a qualified technician, the verification of which is based on two different levels of detail.
